Terms and conditions TECACOM LTD
1 – FIELD OF APPLICATION
The present General conditions govern the Services, the sales of Material and all the business, contractual or precontractual connections, between TECACOM and the Customer. The Customer re-knows that he read the present General Conditions, that he perfectly understood the content and that he accepts the terms and the conditions.
2 – DEFINITIONS
2.1 Customer: co-contractor, beneficiary of the works and/or the material service which the Entrepreneur makes a commitment to supply
2.2 Entrepreneur: indicate the TECACOM company or any Grouping in which TECACOM participates and any subsidiaries of the company TECACCOM which apply the present General conditions.
2.3 The terms above of Customer and Entrepreneur include their representatives, their salaried representatives or not and their legal successors.
2.4 The offer indicates any written proposal of works and/or delivery of material, the Entrepreneur to the Customer whatever is its shape: such as estimate, proposal, etc. …
2.5 Service indicates the services of supply, installation, deployment, development, works and/or any other defined service offer
3 – CONSTITUTION OF THE OFFER – DEADLINE OF OPTION
The offer is established by the Entrepreneur on the basis of all the written information, communicated by the customer: these being considered exact and complete. The offer of the Entrepreneur establishes an inseparable set. The offer is valid during 30 Days as from his. Date of establishment.
The Entrepreneur is obliged to participate in an account pro rata only if he formally accepted him at the time of the discount of the offer, or the acceptance of the command and if an agreement is subjected to him for signature.
